Demolition
Buildings, barns, slabs and old foundations. We take the structure down, clear the site, and leave ground you can build on.
Sanford, Maine · More than three decades in business
Serious dirt work. Demolition, earthwork and excavation for southern Maine — owner-run, with our own iron and our own drivers.
402 Lebanon St, Sanford, Maine
What we do
Buildings, barns, slabs and old foundations. We take the structure down, clear the site, and leave ground you can build on.
Cut, fill and grade. Lots, pads and drainage shaped so the build starts on solid, level ground.
Foundations, footings — anything that needs a hole in York County ground. Dug right the first time.
Site packages for commercial builds and infrastructure jobs. Our own equipment, our own CDL drivers, one point of contact.
Installation from test pit to final grade. We coordinate the engineer and pull the permits — you make one phone call.
Listing pending owner sign-offDemo note: services shown reflect the company's own Procore profile (demolition, earthwork, commercial & infrastructure), the excavation work the company is named for, plus customer-documented septic work. Final service list confirmed with the owner before launch.
“A great job!”
— Richard, customer review on Angi (septic system installation)

Where we work
We run intrastate in Maine — close to home, where we know the ground, the ledge and the town offices.
Outside these towns but still in Maine? Call and ask.
Demo note: town list to be confirmed with the owner before launch.
About
Levesque's Excavation has been moving Maine ground for more than three decades. Our federal carrier authority — USDOT 745786 — has been active since May 1998.
David Levesque runs the company, and he still runs the jobs. One customer's review describes him surveying the land, testing the soil, lining up the engineer and pulling the permits himself — then finishing ahead of schedule.
Every truck in the fleet is owned, not leased. Our new commercial facility at 402 Lebanon Street in Sanford earned its certificate of occupancy in December 2025 — built to keep doing this work for a long time yet.
Call, and you're dealing with the owner. Just the work.
